EcoProfit was founded on a simple belief: kitchens don't lose money on the menu, they lose it in operations. KAIA is our answer.

Most kitchens run on instinct, spreadsheets and disconnected systems. The data exists in the POS and in the ERP, but no system turns it into daily control over cost, waste and margin.
We built KAIA in close collaboration with real kitchens, designed around their actual rhythm: morning, mid-service, end of day. Not another report to read, a system that helps you act.
What we believe
A number you can't act on is noise. Every view in KAIA leads to a decision.
We design alongside chefs and operators, not for an imagined user.
If it doesn't pay for itself in months, it isn't a financial tool. We hold ourselves to that.
