Use of the service

KAIA is provided for business use. Customers are responsible for using the service lawfully and for ensuring that account access and submitted information remain accurate.

Data handling

EcoProfit handles customer data to operate, maintain, and improve the service. We aim to keep data handling limited, practical, and secure, and we do not use customer data for unrelated purposes.

Liability limitation

KAIA is intended to support operational decisions, but customers remain responsible for how the service is used in practice. EcoProfit is not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest version published on this page will apply.
